- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and project specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards and identify potential risks.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, schedules, and logs.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
- Support the Superintendent in resolving conflicts and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial construction or a related field.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety protocols.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

Day-to-Day
