Requirements
• 3–7 years of on-site construction experience (NOT entry-level).
• Proven experience as an Assistant Superintendent, Field Engineer, or Site Coordinator on commercial or industrial projects.
• Strong understanding of ground-up, tenant improvements, metal buildings (PEMB), or logistics/industrial projects- any of these is a plus.
• Track record supporting a Superintendent or PM through start-to-finish project delivery.
Technical Knowledge
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specs, submittals, and RFIs.
• Basic understanding of MEP systems, concrete, steel, civil/site work, building envelope, and interior trades.
• Familiarity with Procore is a plus
• Understanding of scheduling fundamentals (look-ahead schedules, manpower tracking).
• Strong knowledge of site safety standards, OSHA requirements, and field compliance.
Responsibilities
• Assist with daily site operations, coordination, and oversight.
• Manage subcontractors: ensure manpower is present, work is progressing, and quality meets ARANCO standards.
• Conduct daily site walks and maintain a clean, safe jobsite.
• Tracking and generating:
• Daily logs
• Manpower reports
• Inspections
• Punch list
• Attend OAC meetings, take notes, and communicate with General Superintendents and PMs on progress.
• Handle field-level quality checks and ensure work aligns with drawings and specs.
• Coordinate inspections, utility companies, vendors, and site logistics.
• Initiate safety meetings, toolbox talks, and ensure compliance across all trades.
• Help enforce schedule: push trades, eliminate downtime, and identify risks early.

• Excellent communication with subcontractors, PMs, and clients.
• High level of organization, reliability, and urgency.

• Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field OR equivalent field experience.
• OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain immediately).
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain immediately).
• Additional safety or trade certifications are a plus.
