Hourigan is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support the on-site supervision of construction projects. You will assist the Project Superintendent, oversee field activities, coordinate subcontractors, and help ensure safety and quality standards are met.
The ideal candidate has a BS in Construction Management or related field and 2–5 years of construction experience, with proficiency in Procore and Bluebeam. Some travel may be required, and Hourigan offers competitive benefits.

We have an opening for a motivated individual with a thirst to learn to join our team as a Assistant Superintendent. This position will support the work of the Superintendent through supervisory assistance to all Hourigan on-site employees, full-time quality control monitoring and direct assistance to all on-site Subcontractors.

The salary range listed on this posting represents Hourigan's good faith estimate of the expected compensation for this position at the time of posting. Final compensation will be based on qualifications, experience, internal equity, and market considerations.
