Andrew Roby in Boone, NC is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support daily operations on luxury residential construction projects. You will work with Superintendents and Project Managers to coordinate subcontractors, monitor schedules, and ensure quality while promoting safety and organization on site.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Superintendent with daily jobsite operations on custom residential construction projects.

• Monitor construction quality to meet company standards.
• Promote a safe, clean, and organized jobsite.
• Assist with inspections, punch lists, and project closeout activities.
• Maintain accurate jobsite documentation.

• Promote and enforce a safe, clean, and organized jobsite.
• Assist with inspections, punch lists, and project closeout activities.
• Maintain accurate jobsite documentation, including daily logs and progress updates.
• Support material deliveries and ensure the proper storage and protection of materials.
• Represent Andrew Roby professionally while building positive relationships with clients, trade partners, and teammates.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in residential construction or a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of residential construction methods, materials, and building practices.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, team-first attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Basic computer skills and experience using construction management software is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
