Stevens Construction Corp. in Wisconsin is hiring an Assistant Superintendent to join our commercial construction team in North Eastern Wisconsin.

The role focuses on supporting field operations, coordinating with the Project Superintendent, and ensuring safety and quality on site. You will help manage schedules, maintain jobsite paperwork, and assist with crew forecasting and coordination with owners, architects, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience as Foreman or Superintendent in new construction (residential or commercial).
• Ability to read, interpret, and edit construction schematics and documents.
• Proficiency with construction management software, scheduling tools, and digital plan sets.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Superintendent with supervision of all Stevens Construction personnel and subcontractors onsite to ensure work is completed accurately, safely and to our quality standards.
• Assist with developing, updating, and tracking performance of construction schedule.
• Maintain all jobsite paperwork: daily log, delivery tickets, field work orders, timecards, plans, specs and shop drawings, purchase orders, subcontracts and project photos.
• Assist with forecasting crew sizes needed to complete SCC self-performed work within estimated manhours.
• Coordinates punch list work with owner, architect, and subcontractors.
• Enforces all jobsite safety requirements.
• Create a positive, professional, friendly environment onsite.
• Maintain a clean and orderly job site.
