  • Mid-Atlantic Transition Zone – Managing cool-season turf in one of the most challenging agronomic regions in the U.S.

  • Irrigation & Drainage Management – Operating two advanced irrigation systems (Toro Lynx & Rain Bird Nimbus II) across 485 acres, along with subsurface drainage and moisture management strategies.

  • Pest & Disease Management – Integrated Pest Management (IPM) approach to combat Dollar Spot, Summer Patch, and Bentgrass Decline.

  • Fleet of modern equipment – Including GPS-guided sprayers and advanced moisture meters.

  • On-Site Agronomy Facilities – Large maintenance building with a dedicated chemical storage/mixing area, equipment repair shop, and staff training room.

  • Use of Technology – Precision turf management through GPS mapping, drone imagery, and moisture sensors.

  • PGA TOUR Tournament Support – Gain hands-on experience by assisting PGA TOUR agronomy teams at professional events, learning from industry leaders.

  • High-Level Tournament Play – The club hosts USGA qualifiers, club championships, and elite member events, requiring championship-caliber course conditions.

  • Networking & Exposure – Work alongside turf professionals from top clubs, expanding your industry connections.
