The Role:

Our Assistant Stylists are critical to the success of our Pets Grooming salons. You'll deliver the highest standard of pet care, demonstrating a basic understanding of grooming techniques, handling, equipment use, and pre-grooming preparation.

We will provide training, skills, and knowledge to help you deliver service aligned with our goal of being the 'Best Pet Care Business in the World'. You'll enjoy competitive pay and growth opportunities through comprehensive training, including Earn as You Learn programmes and skill-based pay enhancements.

Who We Are Looking For:

• People passionate about delivering excellent service.
• Individuals who are flexible and able to work a shift pattern across 6 days a week (we are closed on Sundays). The minimum contract is 39 hours, but additional hours may be required during busy periods, absences, or holidays.
• Experience working with or handling dogs in a grooming or pet care environment is desirable but not essential. Please note that bathing and prepping your own dog does not qualify as professional experience. Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Experience in a target-driven environment is a plus, but not mandatory.
