Qualifications

Basic understanding of latest salon techniques for performing haircutting, haircolor, lightening, styling, texture, treatment, extensions, makeup, brow services, and ear piercing services, with aptitude to develop skills across service categories.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional guest service and contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals for retail and service sales.
Support mentor Stylist in achieving sales and productivity goals for hair services and products.
After month three, perform hair services including cuts, color, styling, and treatments; assist with brow services and makeup.
Perform product demonstrations to drive sales and enhance guest experience.
Maintain safety, sanitation, and compliance with policies and procedures.
