Job summary

Qualifications

• Engage guests with expert consultation on hair care and services.
• Build guest relationships through personalized product and service recommendations.
• Work under mentorship of Elite or Master Stylist to develop skills and confidence.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests, consult on hair care needs, and recommend products and services.
• Support mentor Stylist in meeting sales and productivity goals for hair services and haircare products.
• After month three, perform hair services including design, cuts, color, texture, styling, and related services.
• Demonstrate products to guests to drive sales and enhance the guest experience.
• Assist with in-store events, promotions, and marketing initiatives to deliver an unrivaled guest experience.
• Stay informed on industry trends, products, and services to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
