The Assistant Stylist engages with guests, consulting on hair care needs and recommending products and services. This temporary role prepares talent for a stylist position, focusing on guest service, technical skills, and productivity. Mentorship is provided by an Elite or Master Stylist for the first 3 months, with responsibilities expanding to servicing guests from months 4-6.
