Overview

The Assistant Stylist supports and is mentored by an Elite or Master Stylist, focusing on performance, guest service, and technical skills development. This position prepares talent for a stylist role, with responsibilities evolving over the first 6 months.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

1. Performance: Deliver exceptional guest service, support sales goals, perform hair services, conduct product demonstrations, and support in-store events.
2. People: Develop guest relationships, serve walk-in guests, collaborate with team members, and promote the loyalty program.
3. Process: Follow policies, ensure safety and sanitation, maintain store standards, and participate in training.
