Orangetheory is seeking a Studio Manager to partner with an Assistant Studio Manager to run daily operations, coach the member experience, and drive studio performance.

• Balance the responsibilities with the Studio Manager to ensure smooth studio operations.
• Step in when the Studio Manager is unavailable and maintain leadership continuity.
• Set goals and work with the team to surpass them and deliver strong member experiences.
• Represent the Orangetheory brand and share the science of the workout with members.
• Learn every aspect of the business and grow toward potential ownership.
