Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness in Surprise, AZ is seeking a Studio Manager and an Assistant Studio Manager to lead daily studio operations, coach staff, and deliver the Orangetheory experience to members. This is a hands-on, leadership role focused on teamwork, accountability, and member engagement.

As part of a dynamic duo, you will drive growth, oversee classes, manage scheduling, and ensure high service standards while leveraging training and development opportunities offered by Orangetheory Fitness.
