Job summary

Orangetheory Franchise #1042 in Omaha, NE is seeking a Studio Manager and Assistant Studio Manager duo. You’ll share leadership, cover for the manager, and help run daily operations, member experience, and classes.

This role offers paid training, certifications, base pay plus commissions and bonuses, free studio membership, product discounts, flexible scheduling, a casual dress code, and a path to potentially become a Franchisee or Business Owner.

Responsibilities

• Be the studio manager partner, supporting the manager and stepping in when needed to keep daily operations running smoothly.
• Represent the Orangetheory brand and share the science of the workout with members to drive engagement.
• Learn every aspect of the business with the goal of potentially becoming a Franchisee or Business Owner.
