Avanti Holdings, LLC is looking for an Assistant Studio Manager for the Orangetheory Fitness studio in San Antonio, TX!

We’d love you to have Orangetheory experience, but we’ll take into consideration leadership and management experience somewhere else. Managerial experience, and what goes into day-to-day operations as well as an eye for the future is a plus. Here’s more of what we’re looking for:

Requirements:

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships and exceeding customer expectations
• Experience in retail management or a similar role, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Knowledge of retail math and the ability to analyze sales data to make informed business decisions
• Proficiency in using POS systems for processing transactions and managing inventory
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Rate: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
