Job summary

EōS Fitness is seeking an Assistant Stretch Manager in Fort Worth, Texas. This sales-driven leader will work on the club floor to build relationships and sell Assisted Stretch packages while developing a team of Stretch Trainers.

Job Summary

EōS Fitness is seeking an Assistant Stretch Manager (Assisted Stretching Sales) – a sales-driven leader to work the club floor, set appointments, build member relationships, and sell Assisted Stretch packages while developing a team of Stretch Trainers.

Position Purpose

Assess member needs to recommend customized mobility programs and services. Own the member experience and business objectives on weekends, preparing to manage the club independently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver great customer service.
• Assist Stretch Director and Stretch Manager with onboarding and development of Stretch Trainers.
• Maintain club cleanliness.
• Onboard new members.
• Collaborate with membership and Personal Training sales.
• Ensure building and equipment maintenance and safety.
• Show passion for fitness and mobility.
• Drive for success and desire to motivate clients.
• Achieve daily targets for Assistant Stretch Manager shifts when Stretch Manager is absent (Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays).
• Develop Stretch Trainers through monthly Coaching Plans.
• Serve as Information Hub (product knowledge, programs, events, etc.).

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of fitness sales experience.
• Experience working with membership sales and personal training teams.
• Ability to coach and develop staff.
• Strong ownership of results.
• Adaptable to various situations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Team player, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Availability to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, various shifts.
• Passion for health and fitness.

Requirements

• Pass a background check.
• CPR certification within 30 days of hire.
• Physical ability to work in a gym setting, move about club floors, lift >40 lbs.
• Computer literacy (entering data, using company systems).

Compensation

Hourly position: $15 per hour. Eligible for variable income opportunities including commission and bonus.
