Job summary

Greenwich Country Day School is hiring an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach to establish and maintain a strength and conditioning program. This role will focus on improving athletic performance, reducing injuries, and teaching lifelong fitness skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in coaching, strength, and conditioning.
• Current relevant profession certification, e.g. NSCA CSCS certification.
• Experience working with high school athletes.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a strength and conditioning program.
• Collaborate with sports coaches and sports medicine staff.
• Design and implement strength training programs.
