Job summary

Beaches Tanning Center in South Jordan, UT is hiring Store Managers and leaders to drive sales, guest experience, and team performance. As a Beaches Manager, you'll lead from the front, coach a high-performing commission-based team, and create an energetic environment where guests love to visit.

You will own daily operations, set the pace on the sales floor, grow memberships, upgrades and revenue, while building strong relationships with guests.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven sales and management success in beauty, spa, wellness, or retail.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a passion for team development.
• Comfort with commission-driven environment and achieving targets.
