Job Description
As the Assistant Store Manager of our Woodbury Common Premium Outlet, you’ll help lead a fast-paced, high-volume store that still delivers a premium brand experience. You’ll work side-by-side with the Store Manager to develop a performance-driven team that can flex between self-service moments and personalized customer interaction—especially during peak traffic periods.
You’ll support all day-to-day functions of the business, drive the team toward sales goals, and build a positive team culture rooted in accountability, hustle, and support. You’ll also play a key role in training and development, helping every team member grow in confidence, product knowledge, and brand representation.

COMPENSATION:
At the time of this posting, a reasonable estimated pay range is $26-30/hour. This range varies depending on the market location and type of store. Individual pay within this range will be determined based on factors such as job-specific skills, relevant experience, education, and training.
