Responsibilities

• Support store performance by managing sales, expenses, merchandising, operations, customer service, and loss prevention, with an emphasis on minimizing shrink and damages.
• Recruit, train, and develop top talent; serve as a mentor and foster a positive environment for staff and customers.
• Implement action plans for projects, targets, and initiatives; contribute to succession planning.
• Develop strategies to meet sales, expense, and service goals; oversee loss prevention and store layout improvements.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
• Ability to lead, develop, and motivate a large team.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; capable of providing effective feedback and mentorship.
• Proficiency in store operations, customer service, merchandising, and safety protocols.
