Help lead and manage the team in our Williams Caneland store, focusing on customer service, sales growth, and developing a high-performing team.

Your new role

As a part-time (30 hours) Assistant Store Manager at Williams Caneland, you will support the Store Manager to elevate store performance. You will lead the team to deliver excellent customer experiences, increase sales, and uphold store standards, utilizing our advanced Point of Sale system.

Duties:

  • Deliver and sustain a high level of customer service
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and stock management
  • Support the Store Manager in driving store success
  • Lead, motivate, and inspire your team to meet targets
  • Coach, develop, and mentor team members

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous retail or customer service experience
  • Passion for coaching and developing teams
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Ability to foster a customer service culture
  • Proven performance-driven mindset
