Position Summary:
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for maximizing donations to meet sales and revenue goals by providing leadership and guidance to create a store environment focused on customer service and employee satisfaction. This role involves executing store operations within organizational guidelines, supervising employees, and supporting Goodwill-Easter Seals’ mission and values.
Typical Day:
Pay Range: $52,500 - $77,050 per year
