• Effectively communicate and implement plans to associates on upcoming salestargets, company initiatives, ongoing promotions, and marketing strategies to ensurethat they are well-informed and aligned with business objectives
• Provide clear instructions, answer questions, and offer guidance to maintain consistency and foster a positive and supportive environment
• Lead the team by example in delivering outstanding customer service and bestpractices
• Address customer complaints promptly and professionally, striving for a positiveresolution to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Assisting the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new team members
• Serve as the primary point of contact in the Store Manager's absence, ensuring thatall tasks are carried out and in line with company standards

What We're Looking For

• A strong track record with 3 years of retail experience, including at least 1-2 year in a store management position
• Passionate about the Asian beauty industry, dedicated to continuous learning,sharing expertise, and staying up to date with the latest products and trends to lead staff and enhance the customer experience
• Skilled in effective communication and building strong interpersonal relationships
• Demonstrated strong leadership and store operation capabilities
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints effectively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment
• Ability to balance operational efficiency with team development
• Able to lift up to 30lbs.
