Job summary

The Good Feet Store is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Cranston, RI. You will lead a team, drive sales, and educate clients on arch support solutions, ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to company values.

You will be responsible for motivating staff, managing a dynamic schedule including weekends, and delivering growth across our Rhode Island locations. Training and ongoing development are provided to support your success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience increasing sales by meeting or exceeding goals.
• 2+ years in a supervisory role within a customer-facing business.
• Ability to foster a positive, collaborative, and supportive team culture.
• Leads by example and stays engaged with the team on the floor.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the store team to achieve sales goals.
• Educate clients on arch support benefits and product recommendations.
• Model and uphold core values of service, teamwork, excellence, passion and integrity.
• Manage fluctuating schedules including weekends and holidays to meet store hours.
