This role offers hands-on experience to develop your supervisory skills, coaching abilities, passion for coffee and tea, and business acumen, all aimed at understanding store management. Compensation and Employment Conditions

The base pay will depend on factors such as knowledge, experience, location, and internal equity. It is uncommon to be hired at the top of the pay range. The Assistant Store Manager role is overtime eligible, but overtime hours are not guaranteed.
