Assistant Store Managers play a vital role by supporting the Store Manager in developing the team and ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining Lidl's reputation across 30 countries. Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to motivate and lead the team.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and address customer needs.
  • Monitor and improve store Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Lead team projects, such as promotions and re-merchandising.
  • Support operational tasks including cash handling, stock management, and cleaning.
  • Maintain a safe, positive, and productive work environment in compliance with policies and laws.
Qualifications
  • Strong determination to meet targets and maximize productivity.
  • Experience in team leadership in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent customer service and de-escalation skills.
  • Willingness to participate in physical store operations daily.
  • Must be 21 or older.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain ServSafe certification.
