Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in day-to-day operations and staff supervision.
• Support production, sales, banking and record-keeping procedures.
• Maintain store appearance, safety and security in line with policies.
• Develop customer relationships and retention plans.
• Train and coach staff as assigned.
