Position

The Assistant Store Manager is pivotal in promoting the boutique's growth and brand image within the local market. They ensure optimal operational and merchandising standards, motivate the sales team, and serve as the brand's representative in the Store Director's absence.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the development and implementation of strategies to meet sales targets.
  2. Identify and cultivate High Net Worth Individual (HNWI) sales, tracking related metrics.
  3. Monitor sales team KPIs, providing strategic interventions to achieve targets.
  4. Enhance sales techniques and actively lead on the sales floor through guidance, client engagement, and events.
  5. Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to seize sales opportunities.
  6. Uphold Visual Merchandising (VM) standards based on brand vision and critical control points (KCPs).
  7. Train the sales team in leveraging CRM tools for repeat business, adjusting strategies based on analytical insights.
Team Leadership and Development
  1. Direct, inspire, and hold the sales team accountable for achieving KPIs and improving client relations.
  2. Evaluate and provide feedback on client interactions, focusing on delivering exceptional service.
  3. Collaborate with HR to foster career growth and prepare the team for future roles.
Your Profile
  • Minimum of 5 years in a comparable role, preferably in luxury retail. Experience in High Jewelry and Watches sales is advantageous.
