Goodyear is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in an Ohio Goodyear Auto Service center. You will gain hands-on experience by scheduling associates and driving service and tire sales while delivering outstanding guest service.

You will lead the service department, train staff, explain warranties and promotions, and maintain a clean, safe guest area. A valid driver’s license and 2 years of retail experience are required, as well as the ability to work 18+; benefits include medical, 401(k), tuition

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of previous retail experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• No relocation is being offered for this position.

Responsibilities

• Drive and reach sales goals through guest interactions including tire and service sales.
• Build guest relationships and ensure guest satisfaction as the liaison between technicians and customers.
• Effectively manage the service department as needed.
• Contribute to training and development of service department associates.
• Articulate all warranties, promotions, and advertisements.
• Utilize tools to make recommendations to guests based on manufacturing guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and safe work and guest area.
• Perform a variety of manual tasks including lifting tires and wheels.
