Goodyear is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for one of our Auto Service centers in Baton Rouge, LA. You will gain hands-on experience in store operations, scheduling associates, and helping reach profitability goals through sales and guest service.

The role emphasizes leading a team, driving tire and service sales, and delivering outstanding guest experiences while following safety policies and procedures. Experience in retail or automotive environments is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• No relocation is being offered for this position.

Responsibilities

• Drive and reach sales goals through guest interactions including tire and service sales.
• Build guest relationships and ensure guest satisfaction by liaising between technicians and customers.
• Effectively manage the service department as needed.
• Contribute to training and development of service department associates.
• Articulate warranties, promotions, and advertisements.
• Maintain a clean and safe work and guest area.
