Role Overview

We seek an inspiring and dynamic Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing our sales team to meet sales, customer service, and operational goals. Ideal candidates will have supervisory experience in a fast-paced retail environment, a passion for beauty, and a talent for motivating others. This role offers a pathway to a long-term career in prestige beauty retail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support store leadership in achieving sales and operational targets
  • Coach and develop sales associates to enhance performance and customer experience
  • Manage inventory, cash reconciliation, and daily store operations
  • Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service
  • Work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events
Qualifications
  • Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics
  • Strong supervisory and coaching skills
  • Experience with retail operations, inventory management, and POS systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment
  • Legal right to work in the country
Compensation & Benefits

The hourly pay range is $18.56 to $30.93, depending on experience and location. The role may include a discretionary bonus, and employees are eligible for benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, paid leave, and more.
