Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager for a 6-month short-term position, with potential for permanent placement based on performance and business needs. Applicants should have a passion for fashion, strong communication, and sales skills. Immediate hiring.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Represent Mizzen+Main's brand and products with the highest standards.
• Assist in executing in-store events with the Store Manager and Marketing team.
• Support customers with product information, sales, transactions, refunds, and exchanges.
• Contribute to daily store projects while maintaining a focus on customer experience.
• Stay informed on in-store and online promotions and events to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
• Manage inventory including stocking, replenishing, merchandising, and display.
• Help meet monthly sales goals.
• Ensure successful execution of on-site events aligning with brand standards.
• Assist in event setup and teardown.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Support the Store Manager in daily operations and initiatives.
• Act as key holder when necessary.
• Help lead, motivate, and mentor team members.
• Participate in staff and sales meetings.
