This role offers hands-on experience to develop your supervisory skills, coaching abilities, passion for coffee and tea, and business acumen, all aimed at understanding store management. The base pay will depend on factors such as experience, skills, location, and internal equity. The Assistant Store Manager role is overtime eligible, but overtime hours are not guaranteed.
