Sunglass Hut in Elizabeth, NJ is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Manager II to lead daily store operations on the sales floor, coach associates, and drive sales with outstanding customer service.

You will partner with the Store Manager to maintain merchandising standards, recruit talent, and execute brand promotions. The role focuses on coaching, performance, and delivering a premium customer experience aligned with EssilorLuxottica standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience in store operations or retail.
• Detail-oriented with ability to execute tasks precisely.
• Ability to coach and develop store associates.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by executing the store's plan and coaching associates on the sales floor.
• Use reporting tools to identify performance gaps and capitalize on successes.
• Provide ongoing coaching to associates to support growth and development.
• Recruit and interview candidates in partnership with the Store Manager.
• Maintain brand standards and merchandising across the store.
• Develop customer relationships and execute promotions and incentives.
