Primary Duties

Assist The Store Manager With The Following Tasks

  • Manage the sales floor.
  • Maintain visual standards.
  • Perform opening and closing routines, including store and register opening/closing, deposits, and shipment receipt.
  • Assist in developing associates at all levels.
  • Build a cohesive team based on store needs.
  • Follow and execute daily shift goals.
  • Incorporate Loss Prevention and Safety messages into daily operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months management experience in retail or non-retail.
  • Retail experience is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to train, direct, and develop associates.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret floor plans, safety rules, and operating instructions.
  • Ability to perform cash register functions.
  • Ability to manage priorities and time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work full-time including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to handle and lift store merchandise.
  • Stylish with a love of fashion.
