Assistant Store Manager - Steelers Pro Shop (Full Time)

The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in daily operations, working collaboratively with staff to ensure excellent customer service and store presentation. The role requires understanding apparel, accessories, and novelty products to merchandise and sell enthusiastically.

This position is located at our Flagship Pro Shop in Acrisure Stadium.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire store associates, ensuring proper staffing levels
• Enforce company policies and procedures
• Train and coach new associates
• Assist with staffing for gameday and non-gameday events
• Manage store sets and product levels at the flagship and other stadium locations
• Provide customer service training to staff
• Stay informed about current merchandise, sales, and promotions
• Perform daily opening and closing procedures
• Ensure store is stocked, organized, and merchandised
• Supervise and direct store associates
• Demonstrate proper selling techniques
• Exercise discretion in store operations and staff management
• Manage multiple tasks effectively
• Assist with retail operations during events and operate the heat press machine
• Lift merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned
