What You’ll Do
  • Support store performance by managing sales, expenses, and key operations such as merchandising, customer service, and loss prevention, with a focus on minimizing shrink and damages.
  • Recruit, develop, and mentor top talent, fostering a positive environment for both associates and customers.
  • Implement action plans aligned with company initiatives, project goals, and store changes; contribute to succession planning.
  • Drive strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets, while enhancing store layout and operational efficiency.
About You
  • At least 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
  • Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate a large team.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to influence and mentor others.
  • Proficiency in store operations, customer service, merchandising, health and safety, and loss prevention, with effective follow-through skills.
