Beaches is seeking Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, and Associate Store Managers to lead daily operations with a focus on sales and guest satisfaction. You will manage a high-performing team, coach staff, and drive revenue growth in a fast-paced environment.

As a Beaches Manager, you will motivate a commission-driven team, set performance standards, and foster a fun, energetic culture while delivering top-notch guest experiences and achieving store goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven sales and management experience in beauty, spa, wellness, or retail.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
• Comfortable working in a commission-driven, goal-focused environment.
