A leading retail brand is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for its Spokane location. This role involves supporting the Store Manager, building a cohesive team, and engaging customers to enhance their shopping experience. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in similar retail positions and demonstrate strong leadership skills.
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager to build a team that delivers results through providing an amazing customer experience. You also share the responsibility to execute all store operations and maintain a visually appealing store. You create a positive environment that develops and engages your managers, associates, and customers every day. You love being part of a winning team and you bring your energy to work every day.
The Assistant Store Manager reports to the Store Manager.

Full time positions only : The salary (range) for this position is $19.00 - $22.00 / HOURLY. This position may be eligible for bonus and / or incentive based on relevant company performance. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to position offered and work experience.
