Responsibilities include supporting the overall operation of the store to maximize sales and profitability by maintaining Guest Services, staff development, controlling expenses, shrinkage, and inventory management. The minimum age requirement is 18, and a flexible schedule is necessary. Physical demands include 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
