Responsibilities include supporting the Store Manager in store operations to ensure maximum sales and profitability, guest services, staff development, controlling expenses, shrinkage, and inventory management. The minimum age requirement is 18, and a flexible schedule is necessary. Physical demands include standing and walking for 8+ hours, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
