The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a Seasonal Store. Responsibilities include supporting store operations to maximize sales and profitability, maintaining Guest Services, staff development, controlling expenses, shrinkage, and inventory management. Must be at least 18 years old, have a flexible schedule, and be able to stand and walk for 8+ hours, climb ladders, set up fixtures, and lift/move up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
