Responsibilities include supporting store operations to maximize sales and profitability by maintaining Guest Services, developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage, merchandising, and inventory control. Minimum age requirement is 18, with a flexible schedule. Physical demands include 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
