Job Details

• Hourly rate: $17.50 - $17.75 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
• Benefits include: New York Paid Sick Time, Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs, End of Season Premium Pay Program. All Bonus and Pay Programs are subject to qualifications.
• Role responsibilities: Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a Seasonal Store. Ensure maximum sales/profitability by maintaining Guest Services, developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory control.
• Requirements: Minimum age 18, flexible schedule, physical ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours, climb ladders, set up fixtures, and lift/move up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
