Employment Type: Full-Time

  • Location: Salinas, CA (Onsite)

Hourly Rate: Ranges from $18.75 to $19.00, dependent upon qualifications and experience.

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and overseeing all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with Company policies and procedures.

Minimum Age Requirement: 18 years.

Physical Demands: The job requires in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Experience Required: Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
