Responsibilities: The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining guest services. They support the Store Manager in various tasks involved in the overall operation of the store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory control in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications: Minimum age of 18 years. Prior retail or management experience is required. The physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for more than 8 hours.
