Job summary

Zimmermann in Short Hills, NJ is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our luxury fashion brand. You will partner with the Store Manager to lead a team of brand ambassadors, embodying optimism, creativity and sophistication in every interaction and store routine.

The role focuses on exceptional client service, visual presentation, and achieving sales targets while maintaining brand standards and a collaborative work environment.

Job Description

A rare opportunity exists for an Assistant Store Manager to join our Short Hills boutique. The Assistant Store Manager will partner with the Store Manager in leading a team of passionate brand ambassadors whilst embodying the Zimmermann brand: bringing optimism, creativity, and sophistication in everything they do. Inspire the team by leading by example to create a collaborative and motivating environment that fosters a shared brand vision.

Job Responsibilities

• To consistently provide strong leadership, lead by example and present as a role model for all team members.
• Maximize sales by striving to be the best at providing excellence in Client Service, Visual Presentation and creating a memorable brand experience.
