Job summary

Shoe Station at Rogan’s in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily operations, support the team, and drive a friendly, customer-first environment in a full-time role.

Responsibilities include opening/closing as key holder, coaching staff, achieving sales goals, and maintaining visual standards while ensuring loss prevention procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Customer service experience with a positive attitude.
• Minimum 2 years in retail or customer service.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Able to obtain Key Carrier Certification within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store as a key holder.
• Support the General Manager in reaching sales goals.
• Lead customer service and resolve issues professionally.
• Train and guide associates on processes and standards.
• Delegate daily tasks and coordinate breaks.
• Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Perform register overrides, safe/till counts, and cash reconciliation.
• Follow and promote loss prevention procedures.
