Responsibilities

• Exceed sales goals by promoting unit rentals, warranties, moving supplies, and garnering positive reviews.
• Guide and assist customers through the rental process for a seamless experience.
• Confirm moving dates with potential reservations to secure storage units.
• Manage past due tenants and handle paperwork related to liens and auctions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to existing customers.
• Conduct daily property walks to ensure security, cleanliness, and maintenance, including checking locks, cleaning units, restocking supplies, and performing light maintenance.
• Communicate updates and recommendations clearly to the District Manager and Leadership Team.

Skills and Experience

• Ability to move around the entire 1-acre property, including indoors and outdoors, for tours, inventory, inspections, and maintenance.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to other locations for scheduled shifts.
• Flexibility in scheduling to help achieve work-life balance, with office hours on weekends.
