Here’s Where You Come In...

Personal Selling:

  • You will be the role model for creating memorable shopping experience for all clients serving as the master party host of the boutique / selling floor.
  • You will also maintain a personal sales goal to effectively lead by example. Typically, our Assistant Store Managers sell approximately 20% of the store’s sales.

Master Coach

  • Observe sales associate performance on the floor and assist when necessary to make a connection or sale.
  • Coach each team member’s performance around KPI’s, particularly conversion and units per transaction.
  • Ensure that each team member is taking full utilizing all of the selling tools at their disposal during the selling process.
  • Develop the team’s effectiveness in wardrobing and styling clients.
  • Delivers new hire and product knowledge training for all new team members.
  • Utilizes sound problem-solving techniques to resolve customer issues with the ultimate goal being to make the customer happy.
  • Participation in VM adhering to established brand merchandising guidelines.

KEY INGREDIENTS - THE SUCCESSFUL ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER CANDIDATE:

  • 1+ years of prior supervisory experience
  • Strong communication and coaching skills
